Italian luxury brand Versace is unveiling a brand new assortment of watches under its Versus label at Baselworld among the luxury calendar’s greatest occasions.

When late this past year it had been introduced that Versace was ending its collaboration with London-based designer Christopher Kane around the Versus collection, the style world was wanting to hear exactly what the Italian luxury label could be serving up next.

While Kane has gone on to focus on his successful main line (which received a sizeable investment from Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen owner Kering earlier this year), Versace chose to explore its options in new digital (“a key word that describes the Versus tribe”) and non-seasonal directions.

We’re still eagerly waiting for the set of clothes for that brand by youthful British designer J W Anderson, the very first in a number of different collaborations, that is set to decrease (based on Versace’s online countdown) in only over two weeks’ time.
