Chanel watches: the cool new J12 with a NATO strap review

The Chanel J12 watch is coming up because of the 15th birthday and is continued to conquer its status as the first of the 21st century iconic watches. The NATO strap was initially designed for the British military. Made from nylon, a sturdy yet flexible material, the strap has been secured to the wrist with an easy buckle and two adjustable strap keepers to guarantee the extra nylon remained safely tucked set up. Just in case you were wondering, the appendix into the title of the watch, G10, is an allusion to the shape used to order the army strap out of suppliers.

Twisting things one step further in the luxury department, the NATO strap has been updated to supple alligator skin with big scales, and the formerly rudimentary buckle and strap keepers are covered in brilliant-cut and baguette-cut diamonds.

The remaining six new Chanel watches with NATO straps feature black, black, white or gray dials with matching, high-tech, 33mm ceramic and steel cases. The bezel, indices, buckle and strap keepers – or loops – are set with a selection of brilliant-cut or baguette-cut diamonds. The movement is a high-quality quartz watches calibre and the case is water resistant to 50 metres. Obviously, all of the brand new Chanel J12 watches feature beautiful alligator straps to match the color of the dial.
