Hautlence introduces its sporty and elegant Invitus chronograph in an eye-catching red and black colour scheme, perpetuating the invincible ‘gentlemen rebels’ spirit that is embodied within the state-of-the-art collection. The Invictus 04 is powered by the same skeletonised movement as the Invitus Morphos, Hautlence’s first chronograph launched in 2014, designed in collaboration with its dynamic ambassador, Eric Cantona. Remaining true to Hautlence’s avant-garde approach to design, the dial is built on several levels, resulting in a striking three-dimensional effect. The dial highlights an opaline black dial base embellished with Hautlence’s signature honeycomb motif on a varnished red background, giving the timepiece a distinctive sporty look. A sapphire crystal intermediate dial with powdered silver-toned print completes the dial design and is offset by white Super-LumiNova-coated hour and minute hands, numerals and hour markers. The rest of the dial portrays the chronograph counters and a date window. Both beautiful and functional, this complex dial construction ensures excellent readability while bringing immense depth to the timepiece.The Invictus 04 features a case middle and horns crafted out of bead-blasted grade 2 titanium, beautifully matching the black PVD-coated steel bumpers, bezel, push-buttons and crown. The steel screws securing the case stand out in contrast, accentuating the sportiness of the watch. The Invictus 04 is available with a choice of a black Louisiana rubberised alligator leather strap with red topstitching or a black rubber strap, both fitted with a grade 2 titanium folding clasp with a satin-finish steel plate.
