Thanks to their super comfortable mattress – you can get quality, healthy sleep every time.

How do I know? I had one for a few weeks – never tossed or rolled around it.

Some would think: isn’t $1,000 too steep for a suit?

You could always find decent suits in your local mall for a couple hundred bucks. Or get lucky with a $50 one from the thrift shop.

True – those are options. Except you’ll be faced with one disadvantage:

Wasting more time finding the right suit – with the fit, fabric, and function all in check.

The cheaper the suit, the trickier it gets dealing with all three of those aspects at once.

Consider what’s on the line: your profession, your lifestyle, the kind of reputation you’re trying to maintain.

Wouldn’t a perfect-fitting suit help you gain more respect from people? Or help you close million-dollar business deals? It surely worked out for a young entrepreneur named Neil Patel.

Neil’s story is a fascinating one. But that doesn’t mean you should start binge-buying everything inside the nearest Burberry or Tom Ford store…

Purchase only clothes you need. And if a new suit is one of them, that’s where you want to consider the benefits of a $800-$1,000+ price range:

  • You’ll get plenty of options for the color and fabric
  • You’ll be almost guaranteed a classic suit that’s great for all occasions (particularly if it’s navy blue, charcoal or medium gray)
  • A good tailor will make sure it complements your frame, draws attention to certain features, and has an excellent fit
  • The quality and timeless style will signal things like “smart”, “successful” or “trustworthy” to everyone who sees you in it

You know what’s widely undervalued? Sleep.

Sleep is a big part of your health. It supplies the physical and mental energy for everything. Without enough sleep – you already start your day a little burned out.

And yet over 90 million Americans suffer from sleep deprivation. Pretty alarming!

Side effects can range from lack of focus to a lower reaction time – to even more embarrassing moments like bringing a backgammon board to a meeting instead of your briefcase!

So always make time for a good night’s rest. But what does that have to do with $1,000?

Well, it can help improve the quality of your sleep – through a quality mattress.

That’s where Layla Sleep comes in. They are the sponsor of the article – and I’m glad I get to work with them. I’ve tried and tested their product for a few weeks before sending it over to my sister’s place. She has three boys – and they’re now fighting over it!

Layla mattresses are no ordinary mattresses. If you get one, don’t be surprised if you end up sleeping for a solid 12 hours! These products are 100% comfortable – not just “soft enough against your body” – thanks to their high-quality fabric and foam infused with copper cells.

You’ll experience zero tossing/turning throughout the night (a major issue that I had back in college with my secondhand mattress – which even appalled my girlfriend at the time).

What else do you need to know about the Layla?

  • Each mattress comes with a LIFETIME warranty (totally risk-free)
  • You get a trial period for 4 months after the purchase date
  • Prices range from $499 (Twin size) to $999 (King size)
  • All products are fully manufactured in the US
  • Shipping is FREE

If you care about getting the best sleep possible every time – Layla is definitely a great investment. So click here to get your own Layla mattress for $75 OFF with code: RMRS.

Again, some may find a $1,000 bag too excessive.

But just like a well-fitted suit, the right bag can do wonders for your professional image. So what’s the basis for it?

For starters – you ought to consider something made of quality leather (especially if it’s a carry-on bag like a briefcase).

It should be a type of leather that improves with age. That can look amazing even after a decade of use.

It’s supposed to change in color over time and develop a nice patina. Plus give off that “masculine” smell of rugged, genuine leather.

You’ve got a couple of options: full-grain or top-grain leather (for durability) and split-grain leather (for lightness and water-permeability). Ideally made and sourced from France, Italy, England or the US.

But if it’s a larger piece of luggage with wheels – leather isn’t necessarily a must.Focus on something that’s sturdy. That can constantly take a beating whenever it’s checked in for a flight.

That means reliable wheels, handles, and all other small details. The bag should be world-class in terms of function and design. It’s a thousand bucks after all – so you deserve to have high standards.

No surprise here. Women have their fancy earrings and jewelry. Men have their timeless watches.

Don’t underestimate the power of a $1,000 watch. It likely has everything covered – from a quality build to the sophisticated (but not excessive) features.

It makes a great status symbol wherever you go. It’ll make you stand out in a crowd of guys dressed in business or formal wear.

But remember: it needs to be well-proportioned to your wrist. It’s not there to drive all attention to itself – but to YOU and your outfit as a whole. That’s a key element of the ideal dress watch.

A coat (as well as any outerwear) is an essential part of anyone’s style.

When worn, it’s always the first thing people will spot and give a second glance at.

While walking around in a trench coat, raincoat or overcoat during a cold day, the rest of your clothes end up either completely hidden or barely noticeable.

People will be judging you solely on your outerwear. It’s a “make or break” choice of clothing. So a $1,000 coat is much more likely to wow and impress.

But which coat will best go with your wardrobe? It really depends on (A) how cold it is when you choose to wear it and (B) where you plan to wear it. It’s as much about function as it is about style.

I have a rule about being up-to-date with my tech devices every two years.

The reason? I need them to be dependable 24/7 – since they help me run my businesses every day. It has nothing to do with pride or bragging rights.

The majority of work I do involves the Internet and some type of computer. I communicate with people from different parts of the world often.

So speed and efficiency are crucial to the job. Maybe it’s the same deal for your profession.

And that’s when it’s perfectly reasonable to spend a good chunk of money on upgrading your electronics. No shame in that.

It’s great when you see yourself accumulating extra cash – especially as you get older.

But don’t get caught up in the whole “consumerist” lifestyle. Instead – invest a thousand bucks or so in consulting a person.

A professional with the knowledge or experience to help you save more, earn more, pay taxes correctly, and be wiser with your money overall.

It could be an accountant, a lawyer, a financial planner, or anybody in a similar field. It’s up to you.

Only you know what the best course of action is for your situation. Just make sure you hire someone.

A healthy body > $1,000

Make it a point to remind yourself each day: “This is the only body I’ve got.”

A thousand bucks can’t buy back good health. It can’t reverse obesity, irregular blood sugar levels, or the other consequences of being out of shape.

However – $1,000 does give you the means and resources to exercise. A gym membership is one of them, but you may also want to hire a trainer.

One who will always show up and keep pushing you to sweat it out. One who won’t listen to any BS excuses you try to tell yourself.

It’s a worthwhile investment that goes hand in hand with the next item…

Cooking? Yes – it’s one of the best skills you can learn. It’ll be useful for the rest of your life.

When eating out, you’ve got no complete control over what substances or chemicals enter your body. The food might taste better than what you make. But is it worth it to risk “poisoning” yourself all the time?

Again, a thousand bucks can’t cure the effects of poor health. But it can help you make better choices for your diet. It can buy you a good set of pots, pans, kitchen utensils – all of which can last 10-20 years.

And take note – you’ll save money by having home-cooked meals more often. So the $1,000 spent here can actually help increase your savings in the long run.

Finally, invest in maintaining your teeth – so you’ll always be able to show your million-dollar smile ?

That means going to the dentist often. And maybe you can try some teeth-whitening tools or products. But the #1 rule is brushing your teeth regularly – with quality toothpaste. It doesn’t matter how old you are (although your teeth become more vulnerable over time).

Don’t allow cavities or dental problems to force you to smile with your lips sealed. Your pearly whites are an asset – worth far more than a thousand bucks!
